Wyatt tries to impress the older Serena by making her believe that he is more mature than she thinks. Meanwhile, Caitlin and Jonesy get an interview at Albatross & Finch, and Jonesy surprisingly gets employed due to his arrogance appealing to Albatross & Finch's self-centered employees. (The title of the episode is a reference to the film The Graduate, about an affair between a young man and an older woman.)
