Raki has decided to hold a three-day event called Aikatsu on Parade! She asks the Starlight idols to participate, who all agree except Mizuki. Mizuki expresses her belief that Raki doesn't understand the sacrifices other idols are making for her event. Determine to make the event a success, Raki creates a stage that will make the Starlight idols shine.
