Episode Description:
What's Cooking?: A big cooking competition is coming up, and everyone is making a dish of his or her choice. Arthur's chocolate cake is ruined when he accidentally uses baking soda instead of baking powder, but then learns that making mistakes in cooking may lead to the creation of a new recipe.
Buster's Special Delivery: Buster becomes the first student mail carrier, but struggles with his job.
