Mr. Van Driessen gives the class the assignment to petition against a fur shop opening in town. Beavis and Butt-head conclude that "petitions are stupid" but do get the signatures of "Hugh G. Rection", "Ben Dover" and "Rosie Palm" and her "5 sisters". This episode marks the third appearance of the character Daria Morgendorffer.
