The duo go to a supermarket, where they see a blood pressure testing machine, and assume that it is a ride. Beavis puts his right arm in it and it clamps itself so tightly that he cannot remove it. Butt-Head fails in his attempts to free him. A pharmacist frees Beavis, then gives him a bottle of medication for his hypertension. When Beavis tries to open the bottle, he accidentally kicks it into a storm drain.
