The Three Lights have come to the same lake to film a horror movie. A monster appears and ravages Usagi's camp, causing Usagi and Rei to transform while the rest scatter. The monster's dialogue and the way he reacts to a pendant Rei reveals him as Rei's first cousin, Kengo, turned Phage.
