Meanwhile, Alan Sylvasta, head of Sylvasta Pharmaceuticals, meets with Mayor Rosé and Shirou and advises against giving the Silver Wolf cult refuge in Anima City. Pinga flies Michiru across the city; however, Shirou suspects that Pinga may be a terrorist.
