When the girls find themselves in possession of a truck-load of black market sweets, they quickly discover that the sweets are mind-blowing (literally!). Iqbal and Mr Bibby have a chance to shine as the subject of an education article about "Heads and their Deputies"--if the journalist isn't distracted (or worse) by the newly-formed playground sweets racket...or the sudden spate of exploding pupils.
