Carmen retrieves a locket with a picture of herself as a baby with her father from his bank's safety deposit box before defeating V.I.L.E.'s new graduate operatives; Spin Kick and Fly Trap in combat. Based on a clue from the picture, Carmen heads to Veracruz, Mexico and discovers her mother is supposedly called Carlotta Valdez...
