Today is Charlie's birthday, and he is planning a monster themed birthday party. But Lola hates this theme and starts changing everything much to Charlie's annoyance by opening his cards and his gift for Marv, placing music for what he hates, forcing everyone play party games she wants and turn his candles off, but she decides to help Charlie's party become better.
