When Vlad's Ghost Portal (as well as his mansion) is destroyed, he places a million dollar mark to hunt down the legendary ghost boy, Danny Phantom, so he can sneakily try and steal the Fenton Portal. Many hired ghost hunters are parodies of other mystery shows, as Men in Black and Scooby-Doo are paralleled as teams bent on capturing Danny for Vlad.
