Though initially harmless, these accidents soon escalate, with people named in the articles ending up in accidents, including Kiyoshiro and Ruli's friends. They learn from a new article that a member of the idol group D★topics has died and Kiyoshiro, who is a fan of D★topics, is shocked by this news and becomes determined to protect its members. The group infiltrates the TV station and learn that the “Bubbly News” editor is the Digimon Publimon, who was making his predictions a reality while taking out critics.
