During lunch in the cafeteria, Ace Trappola complains about the overly strict rules of the Heartslabyul Dormitory but just as he vents, the dorm leader Riddle Rosehearts appears and sternly reprimands him for yet another rule violation. Despite his frustration, Ace reluctantly agrees to follow Riddle’s orders. To make amends and win Riddle’s forgiveness, Ace decides to bake a marron tart as a gesture of apology.
