During a check-up, Hallie's foot mysteriously starts to talk, making the other toys think that Hallie's foot is possessed. But it is discovered that the voice chip that makes Hallie talk went down to her foot and needs surgery to remove it. Pop Up Paulo a pop-up toy frog that Donny received in a goodie bag injures himself but Doc and the others thinks that Pop Up Paulo is faking it and don't realize that he is really injured.
