Queen Ozma establishes the first ever Poppin Poppies Parade. Dorothy, Scarecrow, Tin Man, and Cowardly Lion look for poppies to decorate the Queen Ozma float where Cowardly Lion accidentally picks sleep poppies from the Wicked Witch of the West's forbidden field. Noticing this while establishing their floats, Wilhelmina tells her aunt about this discovery as she comes up with a plan for Wilhelmina to obtain the Ruby Slippers this way.
