After Goku feeds Gohan a Senzu bean, the Grand Minister announces to everyone in attendance that Goku's proposition for the Tournament of Power gave the Zenos a good reason to weed out the Universes whose Mortal Levels are below seven. The Grand Minister also reveals that the Angels of the universes designed with the lowest Mortal Levels like Whis are exempt from erasure. With the announcement concluded, the ring is repaired.
