After he is publicly executed outside the village gates, Kenshiro and Rei set out separately to punish those responsible. They meet a group of Fang Clan members and after they kill them all, Rei reveals that he is searching for the Man with the Seven Scars, whom he believes killed his family and abducted his sister Airi.
