Ghost in the Machines.Bender commits suicide (actually gets murdered, since the suicide booth is still bitter over Bender dumping her) after Fry saves a human during the Parade Day parade instead of a robot, and the only way out of being a wandering spirit is to scare Fry to death by haunting him.
