She reveals the secret Count Dawn has hidden. Ikazuchi and his buddy, Yamigedo, have tried to attack Earth once before. At that time Yamigedo was sealed by the 8 Omni Lords. Now, in order to beat him, the 8 Omni Lords will be needed once again. Some of them have lost their memories. Some of them are not awakened, and some have transformed themselves into humans. Count Dawn confirms to Commander I he is one of the Omni Lords, and during the clip scenes it shows Dragon Ricky is likely one of the Omni Lords who has forgotten his past. It also shows Kiri and Kazane are among the humans that could have ties to the Omni Lords.
