Following Mackenzie B.'s birthday, Dylan finds a bacteria-covered turtle from a birthday entertainer and steals it. Upon naming the turtle Shell Raiser, Golan and Dylan plan to use it to poison Oak Grove at the town's Annual Chili Cook-Out.
