Getting Ice Dick, Don't Wait Up Harley gets her night vision improved by Supergirl to be more efficient during her missions with the Bat Family. She waits for Barbara to pick her up, but her roommate Alysia Yeoh arrives instead, having found Barbara's phone and saw Harley's calls. Nightwing informs Harley that Barbara went missing but refuses to let Harley help in the investigation due to his mistrust of her. Meanwhile, Luthor assigns his PR team, the Jons, to manage Ivy’s career, and they convince her to boost her social media activity to gain more followers. As a result, Ivy begins to neglect ongoing projects with her mentees Terra, Volcana, and Tefé Holland, as well as her relationship with Harley. Harley locates Barbara in the mountains and goes there with Alysia to save her, only to learn that Barbara just wanted to bring her mother home from their family cabin after Gordon rushed back to Gotham to accept a security job at the Legion of Doom. Harley bemoans that she gave up everything from her previous life to join the Bat Family, yet still does not feel accepted, while Barbara assures her that it takes time. As they talk, they witness Nightwing’s dead body falling from a nearby tree, shocking them both.
