Kenshiro arrives at the Holy Cross Mausoleum and witnesses Shu's slow and painful public execution at the hands of Souther. Toki and Raoh also arrive at the scene to witness Ken's fight with Souther. As Shu arrives at the peak of the pyramid, he regains his eyesight and sees the now-adult Kenshiro before being crushed to death by the apex stone.
