Vinnie did it. He's officially the coolest guy in town. It says so in the school yearbook. Everyone wants to be like him. Rocket makes a thriving business out of it. He sells Vinnie's identity to Gabby, Rainbow, Captain Goldfang and many other applicants who want to be officially cool for a lot of money by the day. To do this, Vinnie must assume their identities and represent them in their daily lives.
