Episode Description:
There is an infestation of head lice at the school and so a lice hunter comes to investigate the huge outbreak. She quarantines the entire school and Dib believes she is crazy, but it is revealed that there is a giant lice queen beneath the school. The lice hunter soon discovers that the only one who is immune to the infestation is Zim, and uses Zim's immunity to fight the lice queen in a parody of Aliens.
