Kira goes with the severed hand of one of his victims to buy a sandwich, hiding it inside the shop's paper bag. Later, Shigechi picks up Kira's bag by mistake after a dog steals his bag. Fearing that the police will trace the hand back to him if discovered, Kira tails Shigechi in the hopes of taking his bag before he can look inside. Following him into the gym at Shigechi's school, Kira is forced to hide when Josuke and Okuyasu show up to eat their lunch as well. Kira takes the bag but is discovered by Shigechi after he uses Harvest to search for it, leading to him discovering the hand. Refusing to let Shigechi escape alive, Kira brings out his own Stand, Killer Queen.
