Koichi Hirose (Echoes) / Koichi Hirose (Reverb).Tamami Kobayashi tries to blackmail Koichi into paying for the cat he seemingly ran over with his bike. Kobayashi brings out his Stand The Lock to literally weigh Koichi down with guilt. Okuyasu and Josuke soon arrive to help him, but Kobayashi tricks Okuyasu into feeling guilty for punching him and Okuyasu falls under the thrall of The Lock. Josuke discovers that the cat was fake and heals Kobayashi's injuries, freeing both Koichi and Okuyasu from their locks, though Kobayashi gets away with Koichi's money...
