Jim and Tim take over Middleton Mad Dog duties at the high school, much to Ron's chagrin. Drakken is finally broken out of prison by a towering alien woman named Warmonga, who believes him to be "the Great Blue", prophesized by her people, the Lorwardians, to lead them to universal conquest.
