When a baseball hits Bobby in the eye during a Little League game, the resulting black eye and Hank's short temper (from dealing with a teenaged Mega-Lo-Mart clerk) cause a social worker to suspect Hank of child abuse. Meanwhile, Hank's friends, conspiracy nut Dale Gribble, down-and-out Army barber Bill Dauterive, and womanizer Jeff Boomhauer, try to fix Hank's truck.
