Bobby convinces the student council to put on a carnival, and he is put in charge of it, but a dour so-called "diversity expert" comes to school and nearly puts the kibosh on Bobby's plan by making everything politically correct. Meanwhile, Dale, Bill and Boomhauer try to get a reluctant Lucky to the hospital when he injures himself.
