Bobby gets a job as a concession boy at the Arlen race track, where he discovers that his boss is a mildly retarded sociopath (voice of David Herman). Hank pays very little attention to Bobby's horror stories until he witnesses the mistreatment firsthand. Meanwhile, Boomhauer is given the chance to drive the pace car in an upcoming race. Seven-time NASCAR Winston Cup Series champion Dale Earnhardt, Sr. guest appears in the episode.
