Yuki awakes after the assault to find Chisato missing. Ösawa made her move and kidnapped her. She blackmails him and will only let her go if Öjima drops out of the election. After a wild goose chase around the city, President Mouri unexpectedly comes to his aid. At the end, Öjima becomes the President and Satsuki becomes the Vice President and Ösawa is arrested for her crimes against the school.
