Ignatz tries to escape Officer Pupp's wrath by drawing devices with a pencil to avoid Pupp. In the end, the tough cop captures the mouse and sends him back to jail. Krazy Kat gives Ignatz a piece of cheese with an eraser inside it. The mouse erases Officer Pupp's hand-drawn jail, and the cop is flabbergasted.
