At ad agency Charcoal, Grey and Flannel, executive ad man C.B. is looking to sell all of the useless locomotives to average, simple folks, namely Krazy Kat and Ignatz Mouse. But Mr. Loco, the client and owner of all of the locomotives, wants to go out and sell them himself, so he sets out to sell them to Krazy and Ignatz with the usual corny but cute results. Mr. Loco befriends the two, and they all set out to sell the trains on "Mad Avenue" through the repsected Charcoal, Grey and Flannel firm...
