Animation about a little girl who is taught the ways of magic by Hector, a pint-sized dragon. Lilly finds an old enlarger in the attic and wants to take a picture of something that nobody has ever taken a picture of. Hector suggests the Loch Ness monster, and off they go. They soon find Nessie, who is unhappy about Francis Aberdeen, who wants to catch her and keep her as a tourist attraction. Despite Lilly and Hector's best efforts, Aberdeen catches Nessie, and they must find a way to free her.
