Martha makes friends of mice that she supposes to get rid of.
When garbage cans across the city are being knocked over, Mrs. Dempson tries to propose a leash law. This prompts Martha, Skits, and their fellow canines to find who really knocked the trash cans over, but tensions run high when Martha and Skits begin to suspect each other as the culprit.
