As Kimberly tries her hand at song-writing, Zedd decides to create a rock-and-roll nightmare. He calls forth Guitardo, a super cicada with a hypnotic sound. Bulk and Skull comes up with a new plan to expose the Power Rangers, but find themselves at the wrong hand of Guitardo.
