Kimberly desperately misses Tommy. When she goes to a fortune teller for help, she is kidnapped by Goldar because Lord Zedd has decided to make her his new queen. However, Zedd makes his biggest mistake when Kimberly decides to impersonate Rita. Bulk and Skull decides to go to the same fortune teller to assist them in exposing the Power Rangers, until they discover that it was Ernie's plan to teach them a lesson.
