Multiplication Ladybug and Cat Noir are scolded by Su-Han for failure to protect the Miracle Box, but he apologizes for his harshness and goes to get reinforcements. Realizing Félix is behind everything, the heroes try to confront him in London, but they do not find him. In order not to distract themselves from fighting Monarch, Adrien gives up his modelling and Marinette tries to stop loving Adrien, despite the latter's continuing feelings. Weeks pass and no villains show up, making the heroes think Monarch has given up. In reality, he has partnered with Tomoe Tsurugi and Lila to create "Alliance rings", smart rings with virtual assistants that secretly allow people to gain Miraculous powers. Tomoe becomes its first test subject by becoming Ikari Gozen with the Mouse Miraculous' power of Multiplication. Meanwhile, Félix activates the Peacock Miraculous and meets Duusu, its kwami, for the first time.
