Episode Description:
Yui, Sat-chan, and Kotoha together form the Colors, a group dedicated to protecting peace in their town. Learning about a panda-colored cat causing trouble in town from the resident policeman Saito, the Colors decide to try and catch it. After coming across a vital clue, the girls find the cat in their hideout and agree to look after it, naming it Colonel Monochrome. Later, the girls buy themselves a supposed rocket launcher which they aim to blow up Saito with, before having a try at unlocking a safe.
