A criminal named Scabby No-Luck escapes from prison, while a Grunt named Grood escapes from the Armory after Teddy accidentally release him. Zick, Elena and Bombo must capture Grood who is robbing the city, while Scabby's friends Bones and Roulette mistake him for their boss Scabby as Grood.
