The Shapeshiftian Candidate Clawdeen organizes a "Get Out to Vote" concert with Catty Noir, but a shapeshifter threatens to ruin the event; stuck in an alternate dimension, Clawdeen and Romulus must work together to get back to Monster High before the concert.
