After hearing a broadcast about rebelling against oppressive authority, the Dragon Lord enacts a plan to lure Michaelangelo by pretending to be fans. The Rank captures Michaelangelo, but the remaining Turtles concoct a plan to save Michaelangelo in which they pretend to surrender to the Dragon Lord.
