Under the "Yapan Ceiling" that continues Exodus, Oberman Power Golem appears from the central government London Ima to "hand over the gain". With no questions asked, the Japan ceiling was thrown into chaos by the overskill of superhuman strength. In order to break the status quo, Gein takes Gaynor and attacks the St. Reagan gathering place. However, it was a ruse for Asham Boone, a special duty captain of St. Reagan, to contact Gein. As Gein and Asham confront each other, Gainer activates his Overskill to defeat Power Golem, an Overman piloted by Asham's subordinate Zacchi Bronco.
