Episode Description:
A reporter named Haily Daily's cat, Mr. Nibbles, gets super-powered and renamed as the Copycat with all of the pups super powers teams up with Mayor Humdinger to build a tall tower bigger than the PAW Patrol's lookout. The pups charge up and get new super powers after bumping paws, and use them to defeat the Copycat.
