Episode Description:
Jerk de Soleil: The boys create a circus for the neighborhood after their original circus plans are canceled, while Jeremy gives Candace wild parsnips without knowing that she is allergic to them. Doofenshmirtz creates a device to make people's voices higher so his own voice will seem lower but instead, it gets even higher.
Toy to the World: After Candace sarcastically suggests that they can make a better toy than the Har D Har Toy Company's "Shimmy Jimmy", Phineas and Ferb design an "inaction figure" based on their pet platypus. Meanwhile, Doofenshmirtz plots to build toll booths to enter and exit the Tri-State Area so he can become rich.
