Blackout! When Doofenshmirtz plans to give himself big, sad eyes so people would pity him, his inator to do just that uses so much power that the entire town's light supply goes out. As for Phineas, Ferb and the gang, they build an unseen invention to take advantage of the blackout, while Candace tries to figure out what it is.
