Pingu has to rush to the loo because he drank too much. When he gets home however, Father is in the bathroom, and then when he does get in the toilet, it is simply too high. Pingu has to clean up the mess he has made; but then, with Mother's help, he manages to overcome the problem with stairs round the loo.
