Pinky actually succeeds in talking certain powerful world leaders into handing over control of the world to Brain on his birthday as a surprise, but when Pinky hands over the "key to the world" to Brain, Brain ruins it by repulsing the leaders with his anger and rudeness, only realizing that the world was finally his after it is entirely too late.[4]
