When the Rocket-dan trio is ordered by Sakaki to recruit new members to Rocket-dan, they launch a late night radio show in the hopes of having their viewers join the organization. When they fail to get any recruits, they make some alterations to make their program more popular, having completely forgotten their goal to attract new members.
