Falcon and Apollus arrive in a place where it hasn't rained in weeks. On a poster they find a reference to Falcon's father, who won a dumpling-eating contest in this town. Octo and Pus conspire with Sontoku, an advisor to the Lord, to obtain the Power Stones for themselves and make Sontoku the Lord's successor. But Falcon sees through the lousy game.
